On This Day - November 19, 2002. The ex Ansett Airlines Boeing 727-277LR VH-ANB, having been converted to an 'all-freight' configuration and operated by DHL as OO-DLB, arrived at Melbourne (Tullamarine) having completed its ferry flight from Lasham (United Kingdom) as Flight XME7023. It had been leased to TransAustralian Air Express. After its arrival it was repainted into the Australian air Express livery and reregistered as VH-VLH before it entered service. |
