The Ansett Airlines of New South Wales Fokker F28-1018 Fellowship VH-FKD arrived at Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, having completed its delivery flight from The Netherlands. It was ferried to Melbourne Essendon Airport the next day for CofA inspection.

On This Day - November 17, 2002.

The TransAustralian Air Express Boeing 727-277LRF VH-VLI 'Tania', leased from DHL, arrived at Melbourne (Tullamarine) in an 'all-white' livery, having completed its delivery flight from the United Kingdom (Lasham) as Flight XME7024. It was repainted into the Australian air Express livery before it entered service.

The Qantas Airways Airbus A330-202 VH-EBE 'Kangaroo Valley' was ferried from Singapore (Seletar) to Sydney (Kingsford Smith) as Flight QF6012, following its repainting into the airline's 'New Roo' livery.

On This Day - November 17, 2022.

The Qantas Airways Airbus A380-842 VH-OQA 'Nancy-Bird Walton' was ferried from the United States (Los Angeles) to Abu Dhabi via London (Heathrow) as Flight QF6011, where a major overhaul and a cabin seating upgrade was carried out, following the aircraft's removal from storage at Victorville due to the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. The aircraft does not return to service until April 2024.
