On This Day - January 01, 2015. The Qantas Airways Boeing 747-438 VH-OJS 'Hamilton Island' was badly damaged at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) when it was struck by a catering truck. It was being prepared to operate Flight QF75 from Sydney to Vancouver (Canada) at the time. It was repaired and returned to service on January 12. |
