The Boeing 707-327C N7099, having been repainted into the Braniff International livery following the aircraft's 9-month dry-lease to Qantas Cargo, departed Sydney (Kingsford Smith) as Flight QF052D on its ferry flight to the United States (Texas / Dallas Fort Worth) on return to Braniff.

The OzJet Boeing 737-229 G-CEAI arrived at Melbourne (Tullamarine) having completed its ferry flight from Romania, where it had undergone maintenance and repainting. It was reregistered as VH-OZU before it entered service.
